Strategic Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customer base to ensure their service and support needs are being met.
- Work with existing client base in advance of contract expiration to ensure they have the correct product mix and quantity.
- Resign existing client base prior to contract termination date.
- Leverage current account base contacts to identify new prospects within assigned territory.
- Solicit new customers and engage with existing clients by offering targeted solutions that lower costs and improve their business's productivity through a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct outbound calls every day to set face-to-face appointments and meet with clients and prospects, reporting daily to a branch office.
- Leverage current account base contacts to identify new prospects within assigned territory.

- Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all KYOCERA Document Solutions Southeast products, services, and solutions to clients.
- Attend scheduled product and sales training sessions.
- Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client meetings.
- Accomplish sales objectives by successfully executing professional sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and present proposals tailored to address each client’s specific business needs.
- Manage all activities, sales pipeline and forecast through a CRM-Territory Management tool.
- Input all prospects and sales activity into the company CRM system.
- Provide a monthly report on all account activities and progress through the company CRM system.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ B2B sales experience as either a Senior Account Executive or Account Executive in the Office Technology Industry, or a Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 – 10 years of business-to-business technical sales experience, selling to clients in the digital imaging solutions field or other related technology industry.
- Ability to work a published list of current and prospective major accounts. Major Accounts must be opportunities that are more than $100K in revenue and consist of an MFP fleet greater than 15 devices.
- Bring a high level of energy and be committed to achieving sales goals in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.
- Entrepreneurial self-starting attitude, Motivated to learn about new businesses and ability to solve problems to offer clients impactful solutions.
- Ability to sell to customers' needs.
- Ability to pick up on new technology.
Preferred
- B.A. or B.S. degree.
Pay
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is more than $199,000.00 (base salary, monthly commission and bonus) and is geared to reward high performers. Of this amount, the typical base pay range for this role is $65,000 -$84,000. This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
