Essential Duties And Functions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and acting as an additional point of contact.
- Helping develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize client value.
- Communicating effectively with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address client needs and provide solutions.
- Evaluate and identify sales trends by analyzing reporting data and creating clear, actionable reports for the Strategic Accounts team.
- Support Strategic Account Managers by tracking opportunity progress, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Support Strategic Account Managers with eCommerce account execution by coordinating digital promotions, monitoring online assortment and content accuracy, and helping resolve retailer platform issues to improve the customer experience.
- Manage and execute customer programs to drive sales, including activations such as events, training, and customer dinners.
- Identify market opportunities at the local and national levels that strengthen the brand and support overall business objectives.
- Aid in scheduling meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective and existing customers.
- Aid in preparing proposals, contracts, and quotes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Strategic account experience preferred
- eCommerce, online retail, or digital account support experience preferred
- 3+ years of medical/aesthetic or retail sales experience with a demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and consistently meet customer expectations
- Thorough understanding of customer relationship management systems (CRM), such as Salesforce, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong business and financial acumen to understand medical professional practice goals, processes, and operations
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (ability to build excellent rapport with accounts)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Open to direction and demonstrates a collaborative working style
- Comfortable using technology and learning new skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Ability to travel up to 20%
