Position: Strategic Account Director

Responsibilities
- Building and executing account strategies with both short- and long-term targets
- Managing a healthy pipeline with real CRM discipline — not just optimism
- Opening doors at pharma, biotech, and medical device companies through targeted outreach, discovery, and genuine relationship building
- Partnering with our Divisional Directors to negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and proposals
- Staying sharp on regulatory changes and competitive dynamics so your positioning actually resonates
- Representing PV at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales in life sciences — ideally with exposure to CQV, validation, or GMP-related services
- You don't need to be a validation engineer, but you do need to be curious enough to learn the technical side and credible enough to hold a conversation with a Director of Quality
- You're self-directed, organized, and you close
- A bachelor's in life sciences, engineering, or business is preferred, but if you've spent years working in or selling into regulated industries, we want to hear from you
