Responsibilities
- Own renewal and retention of all active DoW contracts, tracking timelines well in advance
- Lead negotiations for contract modifications and option-year exercises
- Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities for new users and commands
- Map buying centers to identify unfunded mobile security needs
- Build business cases for expansion aligned with mission priorities and compliance
- Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned DoW accounts
- Maintain accurate account plans and renewal forecasts in CRM
Qualifications
- Former military officer at O-5 level with IT/cyber experience, or an account manager in cybersecurity for Army/Air Force
- Post-service experience in defense primes or systems integrators
- Active Secret clearance, with comfort in the potential for upgrades
- Deep knowledge of enterprise mobility and endpoint security stack
- Familiarity with zero-trust architecture in the DoW context
- Understanding of DoW procurement processes and funding cycles
- Proven experience in growing complex government accounts by retention and expansion rather than new acquisitions

Pay
$165,000 – $175,000 annually
