About the role
The Strategic Account Director at Choozle is a senior-level, individual contributor role responsible for driving significant revenue growth within a focused portfolio of 20-30 strategic key accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level clients, leveraging your deep industry expertise and strategic acumen to align Choozle’s omnichannel solutions—across search, social, and programmatic—with each client’s business goals. This role demands a proven ability to influence outcomes and exceed revenue targets within complex account structures, without direct people management. You will lead account strategy, unlock new revenue streams, and work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Growth: Own a portfolio of 20-30 key enterprise accounts and deliver significant revenue growth through strategic expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and net-new acquisitions
- Build Executive Partnerships: Establish and maintain high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers, positioning Choozle as a strategic partner
- Deliver Revenue Results: Develop and execute customized, data-driven account strategies to exceed revenue targets and create long-term value
- Lead Strategic Media Planning: Build and present holistic media strategies aligned with client objectives, across programmatic, search, and social channels
- Inform Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Media teams to ensure strategies are executed efficiently and effectively
- Leverage Analytics: Monitor account performance, provide insightful analysis, and identify opportunities for growth based on data and trends
- Ensure Retention and Satisfaction: Proactively manage account health, mitigate risk, and lead retention efforts through strategic planning and engagement
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital media, advertising technology, or marketing, with a focus on enterprise client growth and retention
- Proven success managing and expanding large, complex accounts through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and solution-oriented sales
- Skilled communicator with a strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, providing strategic direction without direct authority
- Adept at presenting and building high-level, client-facing media plans and business reviews
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay
$85,000 - 95,000 + commission
