About the role

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking a Strategic Communications and Marketing Specialist, AI Programs. This position is grant-funded for an expected three-year term and is contingent upon continued grant funding.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage communications and marketing strategies and plans for the program, ensuring defined KPIs are met.
• Devise and run campaigns across paid, owned, and shared channels, including social media, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute personalized content journeys, and continuously A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve performance.
• Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative to maximize ROI.
• Identify and recommend AI tools and innovations that improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, keeping every moving part aligned with goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to keep work moving smoothly.
• Use project management tools (Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar) to track deliverables, milestones, and reporting.
• Monitor performance through analytics dashboards, and produce reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.

What You Bring To The American Nurses Enterprise

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Strategic Marketing.
• Experience: Five (5) or more years in digital marketing, spanning SEO, content strategy, paid media, and marketing automation.
• Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools, strong analytical skills, experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders, practical experience using AI tools in a marketing or communications workflow, and an optimistic, flexible, solution-oriented mindset.
