About the role

You are a commercially driven professional who will nurture our client base in the Zuid-Oost Limburg region. You’ll build a portfolio of properties for sale and rent by making local connections, conducting visits, intake conversations, and prospecting. Closing deals and ensuring both buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords walk away with a flawless agreement—and a smile—is what excites you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties for sale and rent in Zuid-Oost Limburg.
• Prospect, conduct intake conversations, and visit properties.
• Close deals and prepare meticulous agreements for clients.
• Work independently while collaborating with colleagues to achieve top results.

Requirements

• Familiarity with real estate law; completed education in real estate, insurance, or legal practice.
• Strong commercial drive and in-depth knowledge of the Zuid-Oost Limburg region.
• Willingness to work independently and complete the BIV internship (or already hold a BIV number).
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector.
