About the role

We are building a cinematic fantasy channel focused on high-stakes worldbuilding, web-novel tropes, and character moments delivered through short-form video (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels). We’re looking for a creative Shorts Scriptwriter who can craft fast, punchy, 30-to-60-second narrative scripts. You’ll focus entirely on storytelling, working alongside our AI Video Producer, who handles all AI image generation, ElevenLabs voiceovers, video clips, and editing.

Responsibilities

• Write original, engaging 30-to-60-second scripts tailored for short-form video platforms.
• Develop high-stakes fantasy narratives with strong worldbuilding and character-driven moments.
• Collaborate with the AI Video Producer to ensure scripts align with visual and audio production capabilities.
• Iterate quickly on feedback to refine scripts for maximum impact in a short runtime.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing short-form narrative content (e.g., scripts, web novels, micro-fiction).
• Strong grasp of fantasy tropes, worldbuilding, and pacing for bite-sized storytelling.
• Ability to deliver punchy, high-impact scripts under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with short-form video platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels) and their storytelling constraints.
