About The Role
Responsible for the story to work. You build the arcs, the stakes, and the reason that keeps people watching.
What You'll Do
- Draft original stories, episodic beats, and deep character arcs.
- Ensure the story world is consistent, engaging, and maintains high narrative tension.
- Collaborate with production to scale stories based on budget and logistical reality.
What We're Looking For
- A deep understanding of American storytelling tropes, structures, and character archetypes.
- Know what would work for the western culture.
- Understanding of film, cinema, trends and 'what's going on.'
- Portfolio of creative writing (scripts, short stories, or screenplays).
