About the role
The Assistant Store Manager assists William Warren Properties customers during some of their most challenging times. They manage the daily operations of a site, assist with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the rental process including converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, and guiding customers on their storage journey.
- Manage operational activities such as inspecting stores, maintaining cleanliness, performing minor maintenance, and cleaning vacated units.
- Contact vendors for routine maintenance repairs.
- Accurately handle cash, balance receipts, process payments, and deposit funds.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their unique situations and provide solutions.
- Work weekends as needed or required.
Requirements
- 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience
- Tech Savvy
- Experience in Cash Handling

Pay
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour + Bonus Potential
Schedule
Regular and consistent attendance at the assigned location is required. Ability to work weekends as needed or required.
