About the role

The Stormwater Technician is a foundational operational role designed for individuals eager to master the business functions of Foster Lake & Pond Management. This position focuses on learning company operations, specific stormwater maintenance protocols, and safety standards. The Stormwater Specialist is expected to uphold the company’s Core Values, gain hands-on experience, and pursue industry-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of stormwater management systems
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with local and state regulations
• Apply stormwater maintenance protocols and best practices
• Document findings and report issues to supervisors
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in outdoor work environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of stormwater management principles and best practices
• Understanding of local and state stormwater regulations
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
