About the role
The Stormwater Technician is a foundational operational role designed for individuals eager to master the business functions of Foster Lake & Pond Management. This position focuses on learning company operations, specific stormwater maintenance protocols, and safety standards. The Stormwater Specialist is expected to uphold the company’s Core Values, gain hands-on experience, and pursue industry-specific certifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of stormwater management systems
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with local and state regulations
- Apply stormwater maintenance protocols and best practices
- Document findings and report issues to supervisors
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in outdoor work environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Knowledge of stormwater management principles and best practices
- Understanding of local and state stormwater regulations
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
