About the role

Responsible for leading project management initiatives, overseeing team performance, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement meetings and manage conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of industry-specific project management frameworks.
• Ability to lead virtual teams effectively.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
