Storekeeper, Correctional Health Services *Mon-Fri (8am-4pm)*

Responsibilities

• Ordering and delivering medical surgical supplies to all facilities.
• Routine rotation of stock for expired items.
• Ordering and delivering standard stationary to all facilities.
• Adequately stocking par level rooms at all times.
• Reporting outages and shortages in par level rooms to supervisor.
• Picking up and delivering controlled drugs and medications to all facilities.
• Delivering new capital equipment (medical/furniture) from Materials Management to all facilities.
• Removing capital equipment deemed salvage from all facilities for proper disposal as per contract.
• Transporting medical records from all facilities to CMRA (Central Medical Records Archiving).
• Conducting inventories of all medical surgical par level rooms as required by the contract twice per year in conjunction with the Medical Records department and DOH Warehouse.
