Store Supervisor (Mobile Plant Maintenance) - Stockton Mine 10422

About the role

Reporting to the stores Superintendent, you will oversee all stores (inventory warehousing) activities on site for our Mobile Plant maintenance operation to ensure the efficient, accurate, and safe management of critical mobile plant parts and components that support mining operations. You will lead a small, capable team to service our mobile plant maintenance technicians and mechanics, ensuring our equipment is proactively maintained to the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stores (inventory warehousing) activities on site for our Mobile Plant maintenance operation
• Ensure the efficient, accurate, and safe management of critical mobile plant parts and components
• Lead a small, capable team to service our mobile plant maintenance technicians and mechanics
• Ensure our equipment is proactively maintained to the highest safety standards

Requirements

• New Zealand Working Rights
• Experience in the Mining Industry (advantageous)
• Experience in managing inventory stores/warehousing
• A strong Health and Safety focus
• Excellent attendance record
• Proven leadership skills
• A high level of computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems
• Experience with implementing and maintaining constant improvement initiatives
