Store Stock Leader

About the role

As a Lead Stock Associate at Raymour & Flanigan, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. You will build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service.
• Offload and load trailers of furniture to be assembled, arranged, and displayed on the showroom floor.
• Aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor to ensure that every customer has the ideal shopping experience.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Work a retail schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform tasks such as backroom/warehouse and inventory experience, including but not limited to: backroom/warehouse and inventory experience, product stocking, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, stock rotation, restocking, labeling and tagging, retail store support, supply chain, store cleanliness, product handling, unloading shipments, packing and unpacking, order processing, POS system.
