About the role
As a Lead Stock Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. You will build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service.
- Offload and load trailers of furniture to be assembled, arranged, and displayed on the showroom floor.
- Aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor to ensure that every customer has the ideal shopping experience.
- Commit to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promote awareness, and maintain a neat and safe work environment.
- Exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work well independently and with a team.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
- Backroom/warehouse and inventory experience is a plus.
