About the role

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service.
• Offload and load trailers of furniture to be assembled, arranged, and displayed on the showroom floor.
• Aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor to ensure every customer has the ideal shopping experience.
• Commit to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Drive a 16 - 25 foot box truck to and from showrooms.
• Exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and with a team, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Have backroom/warehouse and inventory experience (a plus).

Requirements

• A valid drivers license - Motor Vehicle Report will be conducted.
• Comfortable with driving a 16 - 25 foot box truck to and from showrooms.
• Ability to exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and with a team.
• The flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
