What You'll Do

You will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase.

• Build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service.
• Offload and load trailers of furniture to be assembled, arranged, and displayed on the showroom floor.
• Aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor to ensure that every customer has the ideal shopping experience.

What We Need From You

• A commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• The ability to exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• The flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Backroom/warehouse and inventory experience is a plus.
