Lead Stock Associate $22 - $23 hourly
What you'll do
- Build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision
- Aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor
What we need from you
- A commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- The flexibility to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs.
- Backroom/warehouse and inventory experience is a plus
Requirements
A commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promote awareness, and maintain a neat and safe work environment.
Ability to exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
The flexibility to work a retail schedule which include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
Backroom/warehouse and inventory experience is a plus.

Pay
$22.00 - $23.00 hourly pay rate
Schedule
40 hours per week to include weekends
Additionally, help support in our East Hanover Showroom & Rockaway Showroom.
