The Shift Leader at Plum Market is responsible for supporting the Store Operations Team in all areas of business operations, including effectively opening and closing the store, emphasizing Guest Service standards, and monitoring compliance.

• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling carts up to 100 lbs.
