About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a welcoming environment for customers and donors
• Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Participate in team meetings to discuss store operations and improvements
• Support the donation process for gently-used items
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
