The Salema Group is a local family business operating 25 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine since 1979. Every member of our management team started as a regular crew member and worked their way up. Pay
Full-time pay starting at $15.00-$16.00/hour + tips
Part-time pay starting at $12.50-$14.00/hour + tips
Schedule
Early morning hours starting at 4 am or earlier. Full and part-time opportunities are available with flexible schedule hours that work for you. The ability to work overnights and/or early mornings is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
- Opening Procedures: Baking products, merchandising bakery products, brewing iced coffees and teas, and prepping the store to open for the day.
- Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches, package delicious donuts, and serve them promptly.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
