This is much more than a front desk position. You will play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment patients complete their appointments until every detail of their care has been coordinated. What You'll Do As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll help ensure every patient leaves feeling cared for, informed, and supported. Your Responsibilities Include Checking out patients and reviewing provider recommendationsScheduling follow-up appointmentsCollecting payments and processing transactionsOrdering laboratory kits and coordinating lab paperworkProcessing supplement orders accurately and efficientlyManaging patient portal messages and electronic communicationCompleting patient tasks within our electronic medical record (Cerbo)Coordinating prescription refill requests and provider communicationsReviewing incoming lab results, faxes, and documentsWorking closely with providers to ensure seamless patient careProviding exceptional customer service with every patient interactionGoing the extra mile to anticipate patient needs and create a five-star experienceMaintaining accurate documentation and ensuring tasks are completed promptly Who We're Looking For We're searching for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalentMinimum one year of medical office or medical receptionist experienceStrong computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical recordsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to commute to Greenland, NH Experience with Cerbo EMR, laboratory coordination, supplements, or integrative medicine is a plus.
