About the role

Shape precision. Power flight and defense. At Will-Mor Manufacturing, we specialize in precision CNC work for aerospace and defense—complex parts, tight tolerances, zero compromise. We’re adding Mill and Lathe talent on our 1st and 2nd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills (4-axis with palletizing).
• Set up and operate CNC Turning and Manual Turning equipment.
• Load fixtures with blanks or machined parts for the exact operation listed on the job router.
• Use precision metrology to confirm part conformance; document results on inspection records.
• Engage supervision when machines fail or measurements move beyond allowable limits.
• Record daily production, quality outcomes, and scrap counts on the router.
• Confirm coolant and oil are at proper functional levels before and during runs.

Requirements

• Proven CNC background: CNC Turning Centers up to 12 turrets and CNC Mill machines.
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• AS9100 familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to read and apply GD&T; strong use of all measuring tools.
