Responsibilities
- Cook up and execute operational projects supporting international franchise store operations, guaranteeing precision and prompt completion.
- Assist in the creation, documentation, and implementation of new operational processes and protocols.
- Pass along operational updates, procedural modifications, and project information to field leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Act as the primary operations resource for international franchise teams, offering counsel and operational assistance.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Store Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and external franchise partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Track project milestones, recognize potential risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain operational documentation, reporting, and project status updates.
- Analyze operational processes and propose enhancements that boost efficiency and uniformity.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as business necessities emerge.
- Build robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in Store Operations, Retail Operations, Project Coordination, or a comparable field.
- Outstanding organizational skills capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across various organizational levels.
- A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to achieving high-quality outcomes.
- Solid judgment, strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Highly detailed-oriented with exceptional follow-through.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
