Store Operations Consultant

About the role

As a Store Operations Consultant at Victra, the largest premium retailer for Verizon in the United States, you will represent and expand our brand while building a fun and trusting environment for our guests. This is a part-time position designed for individuals who thrive in a rapidly changing environment and are passionate about making a difference in a growing retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wireless Sales Consultants in selling a full range of telecommunications products and services with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• Multitask, use basic math skills, and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Develop sales and analytical skills while contributing to the store's sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Represent the store positively and provide excellent customer service.
• Learn all Victra/Verizon products and promotions to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
• Inspire customers to make purchases and assist in preparing sales contracts.
• Process payments and handle customer queries or concerns.
• Provide advice to customers regarding all Victra/Verizon products and services, including utilization and care of merchandise.
• Maintain sales records for inventory control and assist in merchandise display and overall store presentation.
• Handle returns courteously and professionally.
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control standards, and all Victra policies and procedures.
• Accept additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma (AA preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read various reports.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time (accommodations available under the ADA if required).
