Focus (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
- Assist Wireless Sales Consultants in selling a full range of telecommunications products and services
- Work a flexible retail schedule
- Develop and enhance sales and analytical skills
- Contribute to store's sales goals set by the Store Manager
- Represent the store in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service
- Diligently learn all Victra/Verizon products and promotions and ensure knowledge is current
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and accept and process payments from customers
- Answer customers' queries or concerns
- Provide advice to customers regarding Victra/Verizon products and services
- Advises customers on utilization and care of merchandise and products
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining store presentation
- Handle returns courteously and professionally
- Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control standards and Victra policies and procedures
Background (Requirements)
- High School diploma, AA preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
