Store Manager (Yukon)

JOB SUMMARY

To manage the operations of donated merchandise in accordance with established business practices for the success of a retail store by ensuring customer/contributor service, developing sales and controlling expenses.

Starting pay

$60,257.60

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED, preferred.
• Associates Degree or completion of related retail management course work preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role of 20 or more employees and/or demonstrated success in a DGR leadership position with completion of Goodwill assigned training.
• 2 years in a retail setting preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, twisting, bending, grabbing and reaching for long periods of time
• Squatting, kneeling, stooping
• Good finger dexterity and feeling
• Frequent repetitive motions
• Talking, hearing, and visual acuity
• The ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds, or more with assistance

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled retail or production environment most of time
• Exposure to airborne particles such as dust, mold, dirt and pollen as well as extreme heat and cold
• Moderate noise level
• Occasional travel required
