The Store Manager at ALO is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously developing all aspects of the store's business. This role requires a business owner mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
Store Manager Schedule
All full-time employees are expected to have open availability and work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. Additionally, all employees are expected to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season.
