Store Manager Trainee - Full-Time

About the role

This position involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and assisting in inventory management within a retail environment. The role requires working across various departments, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, patient service in person and by phone, handling special orders and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support daily store functions by following performance standards, sales goals, and merchandising plans.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as product ordering, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper storage according to sanitation and 5S standards.
• Promote teamwork and a positive environment while complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous supervisory experience, especially in retail, is preferred.
• Ability to work in different store departments and temperatures, handling varied tasks.
• Proficiency in reading product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and organizing.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, basic math skills, and ability to follow instructions.
