Store Manager Trainee - Full Time

Role Overview: This position involves delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and assisting with inventory management in a retail environment. The role requires adaptability across departments and working in varied store temperatures. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, patient assistance to customers both in-person and over the phone, including handling special orders.Support store performance by adhering to sales targets, merchandising standards, and documentation procedures.Manage inventory through product ordering, stock rotation, and accurate record-keeping using store systems.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage following sanitation and 5S standards.Follow safety policies and foster a positive team environment. Qualifications & Skills Previous supervisory experience in retail is preferred.Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and organizing merchandise.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Strong communication, basic math skills, and ability to follow directions.Enjoys working in dynamic environments across different store departments and conditions.
