Store Manager Trainee - Full-Time

About the role

This position involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering friendly and patient service both in-person and over the phone, including handling special orders.
• Supporting sales goals, merchandising, and documentation procedures by following performance standards.
• Assisting with inventory management through product ordering, stock rotation, and invoice checks.
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper storage across departments following sanitation and 5S standards.
• Promoting teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment while complying with safety policies.

Requirements

Experience in a supervisory role, especially in retail, is preferred.

Skills

• Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and organization.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong soft skills such as basic math, following instructions, and communication.
