We are hiring experienced auto shop Managers to drive our company's success.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage the daily operations and workflow
- Lead, train and motivate the employees under your supervision
- Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, workflow, sales and tech performance
- Maintain a safe, efficient and productive work environment
- Actively work to keep the service schedule full to assure techs have plenty of work
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a busy Auto repair shop or in automotive management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes
- Ability to multi task and be a problem solver in a fast paced environment
- Hands on management style reporting to and working with the GM

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
