Role Overview

This position involves leading and managing a retail facility with a focus on operations, merchandising, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a strategic vision aligned with market and company goals.
• Supervise and develop management and hourly associates, addressing high turnover and recruitment challenges.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, asset protection, and quality standards.
• Drive financial performance by meeting sales and profit targets, controlling expenses, and analyzing economic trends.
• Oversee customer service excellence, merchandise presentation, and inventory management.
• Manage training programs, including the Academy environment, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent while promoting a respectful, ethical workplace.
• Engage with community outreach, media, and external stakeholders, representing the facility publicly.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and associate engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of management experience or 4 years supervising 50+ associates.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in retail operations, financial accountability, and team development.
• Ability to navigate compliance, safety, and community relations effectively.
