About the role

The Store Manager leads teams to maximize the financial output of their stores through the optimization of talent, operational execution, and delivering a rewarding customer experience. Qualifications

Comprehensive and competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a company 401(k) plan. Eligible Associates accrue up to 200 hours of paid time off annually, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year is available, unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are from 6am to 10pm.

Skills

Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Must be able to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000– $97,807.50 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
