Store Manager - Sevierville

About the role

The Direct Tools Factory Outlet, a division of TTI Power Equipment, is seeking a Store Manager for their Denver location. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can lead by example and contribute to every aspect of the retail sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and increase sales and profits of the store
• Wear multiple hats including supervisor/team lead, inventory controller, display and merchandising pro, and driving performance and profits
• Engage in customer interaction to make a significant impact on all business aspects

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' retail supervisory/management experience required
• TTI brand product knowledge preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
• Necessary computer skills: Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient)
• Customer-focused and sales-driven
• Ability to establish a performance and accountability environment
• Able to lift heavy packages in excess of 40 lbs
• Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, days, and weekends
• Preferred knowledge of TeamWork software
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
