Store Manager - Santa Clara Flagship
The Role
Lead the Store
- Own the sales floor with full authority — setting the pace, the culture, and the standard on every shift
- Deliver KPI performance across conversion, ATV, UPT, and overall sales targets — and understand exactly which levers to pull when numbers need to move
- Create a customer experience that is genuinely on-brand — energetic, personable, fashion-forward, and impossible to replicate online
- Serve as the primary decision-maker in store, with the confidence and judgment to act without waiting for direction
Build and Develop the Team
Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Associates and Key Leaders who are as passionate about the brand as you are
- Coach in real time, on the floor — not just in quarterly reviews. Your team gets better because you're intentional about their growth every single shift
- Create a culture people actually want to be part of: high standards, genuine celebration of wins, zero tolerance for negativity or complacency
- Hold difficult conversations when they need to happen, and handle them with the directness and care that builds trust
Drive Commercial Performance
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data — know your store's numbers inside and out and use them to make smart decisions fast
- Manage stock flow, replenishment, and sell-through to ensure the floor is always shoppable and inventory is working as hard as the team
- Execute visual merchandising direction with precision, and bring your own eye for when something isn't right
- Collaborate with district leadership to share insights, flag opportunities, and contribute to what the in-store experience becomes at scale
Run a Tight Operation
Manage scheduling, labour, and operational procedures to maximise efficiency without compromising experience
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, loss prevention compliance, and all financial reconciliation
- Maintain a floor and stockroom that would pass a District Manager visit unannounced — because that's the standard, not the exception
Who You Are
- An experienced retail leader with 3–5+ years in a Store Manager or senior leadership role, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or contemporary retail
- Commercially sharp — you read your numbers daily, understand what's driving them, and know what to do when they're not where they need to be
- A genuine culture builder — the kind of manager whose team talks about working for you as a highlight of their career
- Calm under pressure, decisive when it counts, and consistent regardless of who's watching
- Obsessed with the customer experience in a way that shows on the floor — not just in how you talk about it
- Comfortable with Shopify POS and confident operating in a fast-paced, digitally-native retail environment
- Available to work weekends and key trading periods — this isn't a Monday-to-Friday role and you already know that
What's On Offer
- Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and the weight of this role
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Generous employee discount
- Real career trajectory — this brand's retail network is expanding, and the people building it now are the ones who grow with it
- The autonomy to actually run your store — you'll be trusted, supported, and given the resources to succeed
