Store Manager - San Diego

MISSION

Achievement of Store Sales Goals.
Control of Store expenses.
Assure exemplary levels of client service through constant monitoring, assessing and coaching of the staff while managing client development.
Assure stock fill-in on basics and purchase assortment to achieve Store goals.
Merchandise presentation to maintain the direction of the collection and maximize sales.
Maintain overall Store presentation that includes overseeing Maintenance, Housekeeping, Professionalism and Organization.
Smooth Store operations through confident and knowledgeable decision-making.

PROFILE

• 5+ years of High-Volume Retail Management experience, preferably in the luxury sector
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving attitude
• Able to assess priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude

PAY

The salary rate for this role ranges from $125,000 - $130,000 and eligible for variable commission.
