As a Store Manager you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, bringing leadership, talent, and experience to drive results and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience and custom-fit hair and beauty solutions.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store operations with emphasis on budget adherence, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• Exposure to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Long periods of standing and walking.
• Recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines.
• Occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
