About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also ensure compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and that the store maintains a visually appealing presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented environment to drive results and associate growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and expense management.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining assigned budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Company policies for customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable with physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Ability to work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.
