Responsibilities
- Lead a team that creates moments of connection and joy
- Manage a retail or customer service operation with 3 years of experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Organize and manage tasks effectively
- Interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
- Coach and mentor team members with professional maturity
- Ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members
- High School diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full-time (regularly exceeds 40 hours per week)
- Availability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
You will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
