Store Manager, Meatpacking

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently provide strong leadership, lead by example, and present as a role model for all team members.
• Maximize sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in Client Service, Visual Presentation, and creating a memorable brand experience.
• Ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge, and product knowledge.
• Promote an enjoyable and collaborative working environment which fosters a shared brand vision.
• Lead the recruitment process in line with Zimmermann’s Diversity and Inclusion vision.
• Successfully lead and develop a high-performing team that achieves individual and team sales results, builds strong team morale, and a positive workplace attitude.
• Identify the succession plan required to develop strong career paths for all team members in collaboration with Line Manager.
• Provide consistent feedback for the team's development and training and follow company guidelines when team member performance does not meet expectations.
• Ensure a consistent high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive.
• Oversee store operations including stockroom management and leading the Stock Coordinators through the stocktake in accordance with Zimmermann policy and procedure.
• Promote and always uphold the non-negotiable standards of the work health and safety policies and procedures.
• Effectively manage store rostering including timesheet management and roster creation.
