Store Manager - Luxury Flagship

The Role

As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the flagship—responsible for driving leadership, culture, customer experience, sales performance, operational excellence, and sophisticated brand presentation. You will build and coach a high-performing team while ensuring the store delivers a truly world-class retail experience. Making every visit feel like a creative project, not just making a purchase.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years Store Management experience within luxury fashion with minimum of 2M+ revenue under management
• Previous bridal and/or fine jewelry experience (preferred)
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams to exceed sales targets
• Strong understanding of retail operations, VM, clienteling, customer service excellence, and loss prevention
• Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, Microsoft Office (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work a full-time retail schedule including weekends/evenings
• A strong book of business within the West Palm Beach area
• Currently located in the Palm Beach area and/or able to commute daily to Royal Poinciana Plaza
