About the role

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates through paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Prepare for success through an 8-12 week store leadership training program.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

  • Serve Safe certified.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy, and limited workspace environment.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • The ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
