About the role

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates through a comprehensive Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from our community.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Prepare for success through an 8-12 week store leadership training program

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Serve Safe certified

Skills

  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • The ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations
