About the role
Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare for success through an 8-12 week store leadership training program
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Able to manage conflicts/difficult situations
