Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Qualifications
- Serve Safe certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- The ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
