About the role

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates through a comprehensive Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship opportunities, and support from our community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success through an 8-12 week store leadership training program.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Serve Safe certification is desired.

Skills

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• The ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
