Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the management of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Learn and apply strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring product availability.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills in customer service, merchandising, and team leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff to enhance team performance.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations effectively.
- Experience in training and developing staff to enhance team performance and customer service.
