We are seeking a dynamic individual who embodies GNC's "Live Well" philosophy—living strong, living long, and living fit. As a SMIT, you will learn and be expected to lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Learn and lead your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to our customers.
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including business performance, product management, and ensuring your team has the tools to succeed.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with GNC values and policies.
• Represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting our "Live Well" message to customers.
• Engage in leader training initiatives, projects, and goals to support your path to promotion.
• Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and the customer relationship that leads to sales and repeat business.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to GNC procedures.
• Attend community events to promote the organization's mission and initiatives.

Requirements

Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day, frequently reach, bend, twist, use repetitive hand-to-finger motions, lift up to twenty pounds, and use a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$15.00 per hour plus additional income through GNC's Individual Sales Incentive Plan.

Schedule

Full-time hourly supervisory position, working five (5) days / forty (40) hours a week. Specific schedules vary based on store type and location.
